Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and confirmed, we process and pack it within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During sales or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Charges are shown at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 — delivery in 5–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: ₹149 — delivery in 2–3 business days (where available).
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch, not order, and are not guaranteed. Remote locations may take longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, we'll send a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. If you don't receive tracking within 2 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@miyaverse.in
Delivery Issues & Delays
- Delays: Couriers may face delays due to weather, festivals, or regional restrictions beyond our control.
- Incorrect address: Please ensure your address is accurate. We're not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
- Failed delivery: If delivery fails after multiple attempts, re-shipping may incur additional charges.
- Damaged/missing items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
- Lost shipments: If confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping at this time.
