These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and online store operated by MIYAVERSE ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Hyderabad, India. By accessing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Questions? Email hello@miyaverse.in

1. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18, or use the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • The information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid. Payment must be made in full at order time, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy, but colours, sizes, and appearance may vary slightly due to photography or display settings. Where a product doesn't match its description, your remedy is to return the unused item per our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance; a contract forms only when we dispatch the products. We may refuse or cancel any order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or breach of these Terms, and will refund any paid amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative only. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all tags intact.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our store to violate any law, submit false information, gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malware, use bots/scrapers without permission, or reproduce our content without written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content — logos, text, graphics, images, and design — is the property of MIYAVERSE or its licensors and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our store and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
